Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) produces strong, functional PA12 Nylon parts without any support structures — enabling complex geometries impossible with other technologies. Ideal for functional prototypes, living hinges, and small production runs.
SLS uses a high-powered laser to sinter powdered Nylon (PA12) layer by layer. Because surrounding unsintered powder supports the part during printing, SLS requires no support structures — making it ideal for complex, interlocking, or organic geometries.
SLS parts have excellent mechanical properties comparable to injection-moulded Nylon, making them suitable for functional testing, end-use applications, and low-volume production runs of 1–500 parts.
